Ice Prince was in Kigali - Rwanda at the weekend where he performed at the closing ceremony of the week-long 8th Pan-African Dance Festival (FESPAD)2013.

He was spotted hanging out with Jamaican Dancehall Maestro, Beenie Man.

Ice Prince tweeted:

Finally met King Beenie Man!! We shutting down Amahoro Stadium Rwanda tomoro!!
