National Identity Number: NIN

A national identification number is used by the governments of a
country as a means of tracking its citizens
It was established by Act No. 23 of 2007 with the primary aim to
develope an identity of every person
in Nigeria through the development of a modern and universally
acceptable identity management infrastructure.
