According to TMZ , Ocean was pulled over for doing 90 in a 65. During the traffic stop police detected the scent of weed emanating from the luxury BMW.
Upon searching the vehicle they found a small bag of marijuana in the car.
They also discovered that the singer was driving with a suspended license.
Though he was not arrested on the scene Ocean was cited for marijuana possession, driving with a suspended license and for having tinted windows. Though the police took the "Bad Religion" singer's driver's license, they were kind enough to give him a ride home for his troubles. Source:-BET.com
